Our Commitment

At Yousuf Jewellers, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we maintain a clear and transparent return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. The product must be accompanied by the original invoice and packaging. Custom-made, engraved, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be defective.

Conditions

Refunds are not offered due to gold price fluctuations. Items may be exchanged for other jewellery or gold of equal or higher value, with the price difference payable by the customer. Customers may also sell back jewellery at the prevailing market buy rate, subject to deduction of making charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Special orders and personalized designs cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted or promotional items are non-returnable. Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase will not be accepted.

Procedure

To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service team by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Provide your purchase details and reason for return or exchange. Bring or courier the item along with its original invoice to our showroom. Our experts will inspect the item before approving the exchange.

Important Notes

The gold rate on the day of exchange will be applied. Making charges are non-refundable. Yousuf Jewellers reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not pass our quality checks.
